Every main hall studio is air-conditioned and comes equipped with a PA-system, cd player, & 3 mics/stands.

Hourly rates are $15. Or, $175 gets your whole band unlimited practice time for 30 days in a choice of 18'x18' PA-equipped rooms. Store your gear in a secure lockup at no extra charge. For use of larger studios, add $2/hour.

NEWS & SPECIALS:

• WEDNESDAY DEAL: Rehearse for $10/hour (usually $15), 6pm-2am WEDNESDAYS ONLY, good now through the end of August. Add $2 for larger rooms.
• NEW POWER AMPS have been added to Studios 5 & 6. These are top-of-the-line Carver amps--enjoy the difference!
• CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:
  • Studio construction is COMPLETED! We now have 22 rooms, many of which are private rooms with 24/7 access, available to bands by the month with no lease required.
  • A dedicated storage/loading zone is being created in the main hall, separate from the lounge and studios. The lounge is being air-conditioned and also receiving updated lighting and ceiling fans. This project will be completed by early August.
• Make ANY Studio Fully-Equipped for $25. (drumkit, bass amp and guitar amp) Or rent items individually.

Utopia Studios is a place for you to practice as late as you want, as loud as you want.  Incidental items like strings, sticks and snacks are available at the front desk.  Rent a guitar amp or drumkit here if you need to.  Rent by the hour or the month.  Maintain a regular practice schedule...or not.  How you rehearse is up to you and we are here to help.

Rehearsals are the focus of this whole business, not a sideline for something else.  Utopia is the ONLY licensed and insured rehearsal hall in St. Louis---complete with 22 studios available by the hour, week or month, plus a private lounge with gameroom, snacks, a dance studio, video bluescreen wall, wrestling gym, equipment rentals, gear storage, wireless internet, office open 52 hours per week, safe private parking, ground-level loading, flexible 24/7 booking options, no hassles and no commitment required. 

Utopia Studios provide a productive, neutral, and security-conscious environment.  This is a sanctuary away from interruptions of the outside world, a place where you can focus on getting the songs tight as opposed to cleaning up after bandmates, setting up a PA, and getting distracted by home life.  This is also a great place to connect with other musicians, plug your shows and albums, and hold video and photo shoots. 

There are NO VOLUME RESTRICTIONS.
