Every main hall studio comes equipped with a PA-system, cd player, & 2 mics/stands.

Hourly rates are $15. Or, $175 gets your whole band unlimited practice time for 30 days in a choice of 18'x18' PA-equipped rooms. Store your gear in a secure lockup at no extra charge. For use of larger studios, add $2/hour.

NEW: Soloist Membership Available:

Now, any SOLOIST can enjoy the benefits of our PA-equipped studios, without having to shoulder the cost usually split by an entire group. A special membership rate is now offered just for individuals: $50/month = UNLIMITED PRACTICE TIME for 30 days. Secure, on-site storage for your gear is also available at HALF PRICE (an additional $25) with any valid Solo Membership. You may reserve a room in advance for set weekly timeslots, or book as you go along, anytime during normal studio hours. Can you spend 3.5 hours rehearsing this week? You've just covered the cost for a whole month, versus hourly rates! If you like to jam with a friend or two, but aren't ready to form a band--no prob! Your Guest can get his own Solo membership or pay a reduced hourly rate ($5/hour per person) anytime.

• Creative spaces available at Utopia Studios, large and small. Hourly, Monthly, Block and Membership rates available to suit the needs of your project. Suitable for music, art, workshop, theater rehearsal, photography, videography, dojo, fitness training or any small group needing meeting space.
• Facility offers large common areas with amenities that you are welcome to enjoy--free wifi, games, private lounge, vending machines, equipment rentals, on-site storage, ground-level loading, etc.
• Utopia Studios is centrally-located in St. Louis at 3957 Park Ave, off S. Grand near SLU. Easy access to 44/55, 40/64 and S. Grand Metrolink. Plenty of off-street parking and bike rack available.
