Every main hall studio comes equipped with a PA-system, cd player, & 2 mics/stands.
Hourly rates are $15. Or, $175 gets your whole band unlimited practice time for 30 days in a choice of 18'x18' PA-equipped rooms. Store your gear in a secure lockup at no extra charge. For use of larger studios, add $2/hour.
Private Studios Available:
- Creative spaces available at Utopia Studios, large and small. Suitable for music, art, workshop, theater rehearsal, photography, videography, dojo, fitness training or any small group needing meeting space.
- Get a secure, private room where you can set your stuff up and access/make music/create anytime 24/7.
- Rooms feature 12' ceiling, 12 grounded outlets, natural climate control, private keyed access and all utilities provided.
- Facility offers large common areas with amenities that you are welcome to enjoy--free wifi, games, private lounge, drinking fountain, vending machines, bathrooms, work sinks and floor drains for artists, etc.
- You are welcome to enjoy your space as-is or add your personal touch with murals, painting, soundproofing, etc.
- Rent varies between $250-$350 per month depending on size room needed.
- Month-to-month is welcome, but discounts are given for 6-mo or greater lease.
- Utopia Studios is centrally-located in St. Louis at 3957 Park Ave, off S. Grand near SLU. Easy access to 44/55, 40/64 and S. Grand Metrolink. Plenty of off-street parking and bike rack available.
