Every main hall studio comes equipped with a vocal PA-system, cd player, & 2 mics/cables.

Hourly rates are $15. Or, $175 gets your whole band unlimited practice time for 30 days in a choice of 18'x18' PA-equipped rooms. Store your gear in a secure lockup at no extra charge. For use of larger studios, add $2/hour.

WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP deal: $125 per month allows unlimited practice time FRI-SAT 6pm-2am and SUN 2pm-2am for the whole band, plus FREE storage for your gear. No contract, no deposit needed.

The lounge is now equipped with a DJ Station featuring 1600watts of power, 2x15" foh speakers, 2x15" subs, CD mixer, and plenty of room for your DJ's turntables or laptop. Ready to rock your next party (for a modest rental fee).

The snackbar has expanded and now offers Pizza, Cereal with organic milk (whole or almond), and PB&Js. You're welcome!

DANCE CLASSES at Utopia: Zumba with the lovely Kemi Lucas -- every Tues, 7:30-8:30. $5

• Creative spaces available with flexible Hourly, Monthly, Block and Membership rate options to suit the needs of your project. Suitable for music, art, workshop, theater rehearsal, photography, videography, dojo, fitness training or any group needing meeting space.
